CATO Going on Offensive With the President

Seems the CATO Intstitute, a well respected Libertarian think tank, is going on the offensive, not that it will do much good. However, non-Keynesian economists are at least speaking out against the Obamstimulus package.

This was run by CATO in major newspapers across the country, most notable were the New York Times and the Washington Post. (Due to technical difficulties, spamming issues, that have been appropriately dealt with, I meant to run this yesterday, however, I never got to it.)

From the CATO Institute,

President Obama says that "economists from across the political spectrum agree" on the need for massive government spending to stimulate the economy. In fact, many economists disagree. Hundreds of them, including Nobel laureates and other prominent scholars, have signed a statement that the Cato Institute has placed in major newspapers across the United States.
